Space for the Work You Are Building
Long-Term + Shared Space at PushPush Arts
PushPush Arts (PPA) offers a limited number of studio, workspace, and shared-use opportunities for artists, creative businesses, organizations, and projects seeking a more consistent place to work. Spaces vary in size, configuration, amenities, availability, and appropriate use. Some opportunities are dedicated. Others may involve shared or recurring use.
Studio + Workspace
Room to make, build, operate, and develop.
PPA studio and workspace opportunities may support visual practice, creative business operations, project development, meetings, making, planning, and other compatible uses.
Opportunities vary by size and availability.
Specialized Creative Space
Not every practice needs the same kind of room.
Certain PPA spaces may support focused creative work, writing, music, development, meetings, recording, planning, or other specialized uses.
The right arrangement depends on what you are building and how you need to use the space.
Shared Theater Opportunity
A working performance space can also support your practice.
The PushPush Arts theater may be considered for select shared long-term arrangements when a project, organization, or artistic practice needs sustained access to performance, rehearsal, development, or gathering space.
Shared use depends on scheduling, proposed activity, compatibility, and the needs of the larger PPA community.
Current Opportunities
When a compatible space is currently open, PPA may contact you to explore fit, answer questions, arrange a visit, or request additional information.
Future Openings
Most PPA studios may already be occupied when you inquire. With your permission, PPA can keep you in mind and contact you when a potentially compatible opportunity becomes available.
Shared Possibilities
Some spaces may support shared, recurring, or hybrid arrangements rather than a traditional private studio lease. PPA considers what makes sense for both the applicant and the campus.
